Website Terms of Use
Version 1.0 · 27 September 2026
1. Who we are and scope
This website is operated by ZOLORET TRADING LIMITED, a private limited company registered in Cyprus under number HE 102412, registered office Stavrou 56, KARYATIS CENTRE, BLOCK A, Floor 1, Office 104, 2035 Nicosia, Cyprus ("Zoloret Trading", "we", "us"). Full details are in our Imprint.
These terms govern your access to and use of this website. They do not govern the supply of goods or services. Any supply is governed by our written quotation and order confirmation and the terms expressly incorporated into them.
2. Informational catalogue
Product lines, brands, categories and images on this website describe the kinds of goods and services we can source or coordinate. They are general information only. They are not a statement that any item is in stock, not a price list and not an offer capable of acceptance. Images may be illustrative.
3. Enquiries and how orders are formed
- The enquiry form prepares an email in your own email application. Nothing is sent until you send that email yourself.
- An enquiry or request for quotation (RFQ) does not place an order.
- We may respond with a written quotation. A contract is formed only when we issue a written order confirmation accepting your order, or as otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
- Availability, condition, documentation, lead time, price and delivery terms are those stated in the quotation and order confirmation for the specific item.
4. Airworthiness and installation eligibility
Nothing on this website establishes that a part, fluid or consumable is eligible for installation on a particular aircraft, engine or component. Eligibility must be confirmed against current manufacturer data, maintenance manuals, illustrated parts catalogues, applicable airworthiness directives and the requirements of the operator's competent authority. Content on this website does not replace that data.
5. Coordinated maintenance services
Where we coordinate landing gear, APU or other repair, overhaul or exchange services, the work is performed by appropriately approved third-party organisations. The organisation performing the work, its approval and the scope of work are identified in the relevant quotation or order documentation.
6. Brands and intellectual property
The website design, text and the Zoloret Trading name and logo belong to us or our licensors. Manufacturer names, product names and trade marks belong to their respective owners.
You may view and print pages for your own business use in evaluating our services. You may not copy, republish or commercially exploit website content without our written permission, except as permitted by law.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the website unlawfully, fraudulently or to infringe others' rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt or overload the website or its hosting infrastructure;
- introduce malicious code or use automated means to scrape content at scale;
- submit false information or impersonate another person or organisation.
8. Third-party links
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
9. Availability and accuracy
We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided as general information and may be incomplete, out of date or temporarily unavailable. We may change or withdraw content at any time.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general website content that has not been confirmed in a quotation or order confirmation, or from temporary unavailability of the website. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Liability in connection with the supply of goods or services is governed by the contract for that supply.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. This does not deprive you of any protection given to you by mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you are based, where that law applies.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the version and date at the top of this page show when. Contact: info@zolorettrading.com, +357 99 468713.
