Export Compliance Statement
Version 1.0 · 27 September 2026
1. Scope
Aviation parts, components, fluids, tooling and related technology can be subject to export controls and sanctions. For ZOLORET TRADING LIMITED, the laws that apply to a given transaction depend on the goods, their origin, the parties involved and the destination. They typically include:
- EU restrictive measures (sanctions) and Cyprus implementing law;
- the EU Dual-Use Regulation (EU) 2021/821;
- where applicable to the goods or the parties, the export laws of the country of origin, such as the US Export Administration Regulations.
2. Conditions for transactions
Orders are subject to applicable export-control and sanctions requirements. In particular:
- Customer, end-user and end-use information, including end-user statements, may be requested before an order is accepted or fulfilled.
- Where a licence or other authorisation is required, supply is conditional on it being granted, and on compliance with any licence conditions.
- Goods will not be supplied where doing so would breach applicable law, including to persons subject to applicable asset freezes or to restricted destinations or end uses.
- Orders may be delayed, suspended or cancelled while required checks or licences are completed, or where supply becomes unlawful.
3. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate and complete information, comply with applicable export and sanctions laws for any onward transfer, and must not re-export, transfer or use goods in breach of those laws or of any licence conditions.
4. Transaction-specific clauses
Quotations and order confirmations may contain export and sanctions clauses required for the specific goods or destination, for example a contractual prohibition on re-export to Russia where EU law requires one. Those clauses apply in addition to this statement, and this statement does not replace them.
